Rigorous screening process


Want to have highly able healthcare providers on your team? Let PNI find them for you. To become part of our talent pool, all nurses and healthcare staff must undergo a personal interview with a PNI professional and meet these requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience, with 1 year in their specialty area
  • Completed comprehensive specialty-specific skills checklist
  • Passing score (80% or better) on specialty-specific knowledge assessment exam
  • Current state license
  • Any required specialty certification
  • Current CPR certification
  • Mandatory OSHA, HIPAA, infection control and fire safety
    in-services
  • References attesting to a satisfactory work history from a former supervisor, head nurse instructor or co-worker
  • Completed I-9 form
  • Annual Physician's Health Statement, including a Tuberculosis skin test or chest film and proof of immunity to rubella, rubeola, mumps, varicella and hepatitis B
  • Demonstration of competency in age-specific health care, restraint protocol, transfusion protocol, and pain management
  • Drug screen and criminal background check
